Sent Wednesday, Feb 27th:

Dear Camp Arrowhead Family,

I need your help. Our dear brother Walt has found out he has prostate cancer. Today, Feb. 27th, he will find out results of his tests. I need you all to say prayers on behalf of Walt and Nancy, Carrie and Scott...... God's spirit has always been with us all and we are a powerful force. Think back to our times at chapel, in Eucharists, and the power of love that just happens at camp and let this peace flow through you and let God know how much we love Walt and that we need Him to help heal Walt... I love you all and I know that we can " rock" the heavens with our call..... Thanks... I I love you all, Doreen

My heart just sunk into my stomach as I read about Walt. When I think 'Camp Arrowhead' I think Walt. I hope he is feeling as good as can be expected and I am glad to hear the prognosis is favorable. Walt and family you are in my thoughts.
